This is good because it will stop revenge killings by Malian soldiers & Kanda Koy. The world will be watching very closely. It's time to involve the MNLA in the fight to take back the North. This will help gain credibility in the international arena. Politicians are slowly warming up to the idea of resolving Tuareg grievances once and for all, it will take time, but very doable.
