Independence of Azawad brief history

The MNLA (Movement for the Liberation of Azawad) declared independence Friday, April 6, 2012.

The Azawad being the historic territory of Tuaregs, our revolution has claimed it since 1958.

The Azawad was attached through force to "French Sudan" by the French colonists, through massacres and kidnappings of Tuareg leaders and dignitaries, without seeking the advice of any inhabitant of the Azawad.

In 1960 the colonizers left under the command of General De Gaulle, who decreed his "charade of in(ter)dependence across West Africa. He rewarded the minions and mercenaries employed by the French Liberation Army, including "Senegalese sharpshooters," in propelling the presidents (in reality: Governors until today!) of so-called "republics" which form a major part of the ECOWAS (Economic Community of the states of West Africa).


The BALL of HYPOCRITES


When the MNLA declared the independence of its territory, to our surprise there was an international outcry full of hypocrisy and bad faith -- led by AQIM ... MOREOVER:

1-AQIM (Al-Qaïda in the Islamic Maghreb) was the first one to condemn the independence of Azawad and to have "received orders to shuffle the cards" .... we are returning to what, and how?

2-Algiers (no wonder, you might say) "firmly condemns our independence by exploiting Iyad Ag Aghali the salfiste at the 25th hour .... and then also (condemns) the Algerian Tuaregs and the Kabyles' independence, as well ! !

3-Paris-FrenchAfrica, obliging an imbroglio between the UMP party campaign at bay, and tries to steer the debate toward the "Islamic peril" of the Sahel, focusing on the Merah affair and the "cavaliers of bidule," ... firmly condemns, and affirms it will ride forward on the principle of "inviolability of frontiers" inherited from grandpa Degaulle, forgetting that this same France divided the "French Sudan" in Senegal and Mali, which it has supported, but isopen to independence for Kosovo, Eritrea, and South Sudan -- such amnesia and paradoxes ... Juppe, Minister of Foreign Affairs, no longer agrees with a Valero spokesman of finicky FrenchAfrica when it comes to the Sahel and the Tuaregs ... Oh, yes, for Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Bahrain, and finally Syria -- and the Ivory Coast, one can help the people gain self-rule even by dropping "democratic" if necessary; -- but for the Tuaregs: Nada, Nein, No, Nope, Not ... the oil and uranium interests oblige a precarious situation? In all cases, it is estimated that the position put forward by AQIM and Algiers is the best way ...

4-ECOWAS condemns -- there's nothing to laugh about, dear readers, it's true! This even gives lessons in democracy to Malians and the putshistes of this country ... by contrast, when you hold us .. at the head of this moribund sous-regional organization that has never settled any crisis to date; one wonders if ECOWAS "doesn't want to show its teeth," as they say ..

-ECOWAS is directed by ADO taking this pseudo of of the president-friend Sarkozy and former IMF, who has been licensed in amateur coups d'etats since 2001. He himself came to the presidency of this country by walking on a carpet of bombs and therefore of dead Ivorians, with the support of a rebellion led by Soro who made cessession before taking control of the entire country with the support of Pan-Africanist Sarkow-boy. The Pan-Africanist president Gbagbo was then transferred to ICC [International Criminal Court] for his crimes and other abuses ...

-Burkina/The "Mediator" of this organization is Blaise Compaore, ex- head of pushiste, like Sanogo in rank, but this latter was cleaner because Cap'tan Blaise fired point blank at the Burkinabe president in the middle of the council of ministers, killing the President-revolutionary Thomas Sankara and 13 of his ministers ... here is the character who acts as mediator and gives lessons in democracy in West Africa with the support of Paris ...

The Republic of Niger-headed by a staunch socialist "buddy" to Sarko and Hollande (like anything ...) to provide uranium to to the French -- WARNING ... here we are walking on eggshells .. let me explain why:

The Uranuim is being exploited in the territory of the Tuaregs -- the Air region, which is to say, the NORTH, and therefore part of the AZAWAD, the historic cradle of Tuaregs. There, also, have been successive rebellions and the last one was in 2007 with the MNJ (Niger Movement for Justice) -- which was only claiming that the northern populations should benefit from the uranium revenues, which it saw as the threat to their health and the ruined environment. At that time, the former dictator Colonel Tanja, asked Sarkow-Boy to intervene with heavy military equipment to assist in the matter of this insurrection ... It was thus that helicopters and sophisticated military weapons were deployed to Tézirzaït, the MNJ's seat of resistance. This is what allowed the decapitation of the movement, by murdering the MNJ vice president after he was taken alive, and executed him along with 17 MNJ members.

The rest was spent under the auspices of Kadhafi, who bought the consciences of the movement and calmed the game under the guidance of French-Africans ...More subtle, Issoufou the President of Niger, wanting to keep quiet about the situation of Azawad, because in addition to 4,500 former MNJ combatants left to themselves there's also the former generals of the Libyan "guide," including his son who caused a lot of diplomatic incidents in recent times with the CNT in Libya ...

Niger has thus allowed Rhissa Ag Boula, former head of the resistance of the FLAA (Liberation Front of Air and AZAWAD) in the 1990s, to speak out and condemn INDEPENDENCE ... what is highlighted, meanwhile, is that this character who has been appointed Minister of Tourism in Niger has himself known a lot of depravity: he has ended up with so many pots full of files of assassination policies, cashed in each case for his support to different central government officials of Niger against his amnesty. He is no more representative of the minority fringe of the Tuareg people, and thus the resistance that he has torpedoed and sold since his last .... creation of FPLN .. it was limited to just one Blog and three 4x4 vehicles. (a submarine, like Iyad in Mali, to exploit and derail the revolution ..). he is an advisor of the current President of Niger, and so it is he who condemns instead ...

-Nigeria: the African giant as they say, and a member of the Anglophone ECOWAS ... engaged in an inter-ethnic and religious war between Hausa Islamists in the north of Nigeria and the Hausa majority in neighboring Niger, with other ethnic groups who are Christian -- Yoruba and Ibo. Nigeria is the sanctuary of the sect BOKO HARAM which means in Hausa: the western school is illegal.

This giant with feet of clay, torn by its own problems -- exacerbated by rapid population growth and uncontrolled, unchecked urbanization -- will crescendo until the rupture between North and South Nigeria -- it is inevitable in the medium term ... Despite the oil exploited by populations living in abject desperation. Several armed groups are demanding the sharing of wealth -- including MEND, the Ogonie people of Ken SAROWIWA executed by the Nigerian general, and the Boko Haram sect.

It is Nigeria that is the supplier of troops to ECOWAS to maintain peace, except that its missions in Liberia and Sierra Leone are tainted by widespread looting of scarce resources in areas of conflict, including rape and drug trafficking within the military hierarchy. -5 "Countries in the fields"

This is what, you would ask me? I refer the question to you, because the list might not be exhaustive ..

In my opinion these are the powers and other emerging countries that have dipped into thetrafficking of permits for petroleum exploration, gold, and uranium in the Sahara-Sahel and other traffick of influence beyond the sphere of ECOWAS, MALI and the AZAWAD.

AFRICOM-America first. Guys stationed in Stuttgart, Germany, have been biting their nails for over a decade, due to a cacophonous blur caused by the departure of grandpa Bush, with his "global war on terror" unfinished ... on our planet. Since Bush's departure, we can say that the Islamists have proliferated and even earned support with the approval of Qatar and Saudi: monarchies that want to define a new concept of Islamic democracy, as in Tunisia, Egypt and Morocco .. . with the support of the Americans, and French, and other European countries, in search of media visibility. For sure, they certainly need their Sahelian or Saharan bases, to justify their budgets! They must create terrorism at all costs ... even virtual terrorism, as Jeremy Keenan explains in his book, THE DARK SAHARA.

You will say, no wonder then that AQIM condemns the independence of the AZAWAD, followed immediately by Algeria and France, who know that the successors of EL PARA at the head of the Islamist movement are nothing more than agents of DRS (Intelligence Directorate Algerian). To say that Uncle Iyad, the head of Ansar Eddine, a Salafist at the 25th hour, and his nephew Abdelkrim are only a cartoon creation, who were supposed to play the role of "underwater" in the National Movement of Liberation of Azawad, there's not even one .. not even within AQIM. This guy has had in his possession all of the agency contacts -- CIA?, Mossad, DGSE, etc., ever since his role as mediator in AQIM's kidnapping of Western hostages.

-The taking of hostages by AQIM representatives of the Algerian consulate in Gao is not insignificantly far from it .. For how can we understand how a country that is a "pioneer in the fight against terrorism" did not anticipate removing GAO of its diplomats even though this city is not only in the crosshairs of MNLA but also Ansar Eddine and MUJAO? Is this a pretext for Algeria to "shake" its lethargy and finally enter faster than its partners into the "game"? Nothing is less certain ... For all condemning our independence in defiance of laws and charters of the United Nations for peoples to govern themselves, but at the same time we are witnessing a race against time so that everyone is positioned according to their interests by gaining the confidence of the players on the field ...

Paris, Moscow, Beijing, Canada, Switzerland, Brazil, India are at the borders, and some are already on site to see more clearly and not be left behind in what Algerians call "TASMIR" = Sharing ...


Conclusion


One can proceed without risk of error that the Sahara is facing a decisive moment in its history and the MNLA has become, in one year, a key player in managing this space. MNLA is also the only force that is Republican and secular that is available in this no-man's land forsaken by Bamako and Niamey for 62 years.

Switzerland and Europe can make a sustainable and consensual solution to ending the despair of the AZAWAD peoples, scarred by centuries of marginalization and abuse.

Mali, Algeria, ECOWAS and France have proven their limits in this story. This is why it is urgent to change the actors moving towards more appropriate and pragmatic solutions.

Certainly it would explain why what is being condemned by AQIM is also being condemned by France or "the opinion of powers." But we the Tuaregs want a space to live in dignity and in all democracy after so much bloodshed.

On the other hand, we must judge all the perpetrators of the massacres and atrocities against Tuareg populations, to open up a new era between the Malians and AZAWADIENS.

It is in this regard that international opinion, quick to condemn our independence, must begin.

The MNLA remains calm and confident in the INDEPENDENCE of the AZAWAD peoples. Staunching the wound, as in the past will only delay resolution, and certainly will not stop the project for which the AZAWAD, the AZAWAK, the Air, the Hoggar, the TAASIILLI, the Fezzan, and Ghadames -- the hearts of our people fight only for INDEPENDENCE.

No power on earth, no blackmail, and no Islamist demonization, will ever lead us astray.

Indépendance de l'Azawad bref historique

Le MNLA :mouvement pour la libération de l'Azawad a proclamé l’indépendance le vendredi 06 avril 2012.

L'Azawad étant le territoire historique de nous autres Touaregs que notre révolution revendiquait depuis 1958.

Il a été rattaché de force au "soudan français" par les colons français à coup de massacres et d’enlèvements des chefs et dignitaires Touaregs donc sans demander l'avis d'aucun habitant de l'Azawad.

En 1960 les colons partis sous les ordres du général De Gaulle celui ci decreta sa "mascarade d'in(ter) dépendance partout en Afrique de l'Ouest.Il récompensa les sous fifres et mercenaires employés par l'armée de libération française notamment les "tirailleurs sénégalais" en les propulsant présidents(en réalité :gouverneurs jusqu'à aujourd hui!!)des dites "républiques qui forment en majeur partie la CEDEAO(communauté économique des etats de l'Afrique de l'ouest).


Le BAL des HYPOCRITES


Lorsque le MNLA a decreté l’indépendance de son territoire quelle fut notre surprise de voire un tollé internationale plein d'hypocrisie et de mauvaise foi  dirigé par AQMI ..SURTOUT :

1-Aqmi (Alqaïda au Maghreb Islamique)fut le premier pion à condamner l’indépendance de l'Azawad et à avoir "reçu l'ordre de brouiller les cartes"....nous y reviendrons par qui ?comment?

2-Alger(pas étonnant me diriez vous...)condamne "fermement notre independance en instrumentalisant Iyad Ag Aghali le salfiste de la 25 ème heure....puis y'aussi des Touaregs du côté algérien et des Kabyles indépendantistes en plus!!

3-Paris-françafrique oblige et imbroglio entre campagne d'un parti UMP aux abois et tentant d'instrumentalisant le debat sur le "peril islamiste"du Sahel en passant par l'affaire Merah et les "cavaliers de bidule"...condamne fermement et assure être à cheval sur le principe de "l'intangibilité des frontières" herités de pépé Degaulle en oubliant que cette même France a divisé le "soudan français" en Senegal et Mali,qu'elle a soutenu et oeuvrer pour l'independance du Kosovo,de l'Erythrée et du Sud Soudan comme quoi l'amnesie et les paradoxes ...le Juppé ministre des affaires étranges ne s'en sort plus avec un Valero porte parole de la françafrique tattillon dès qu'il s'agit du Sahel et des Touaregs...ben oui la Tunisie,l'Egypte,La Libye,Le Yemen,le Bahrein, et pour finir la Syrie et la côte d'Ivoire on peut y aider les peuples à disposer d'eux même en larguant s'il le faut des bombes "democratiques"mais pour les Touaregs :Nada,Nein,No,Niet,Non...interêts uranifères et pétroliers obligent dans le précarré?En tous les cas on estime que la position de refus de l'independance proné par AQMI et Alger est la meilleure voie...

4-CEDEAO condamne y'a pas à rigoler chers lecteurs c'est vrai!Elle donne même des leçons de democratie aux maliens et aux pushistes de ce pays...contraste quand tu nous tiens..à la tête de cette moribonde organisation sous regionale qui n'a jamais reglé aucune crise à ce jour on se demande si elle veut pas se faire les dents comme on dit..

-Elle est dirigé par ADO prenons ce pseudo du president-ami de Sarkosy et ex FMI(ste)qui est un amateur patenté des coups d'état depuis 2001.Il est arrivé lui même à la presidence de ce pays en marchant sur un tapis de bombes et donc des cadavres d'ivoiriens avec l'appui d'une rebellion dirigé par Soro qui a fait cessession avant de s'emparer du pays tout entier avec l'appui de Sarkow-boy.Le president panafricaniste Gbagbo est depuis traduit au CPI car les crimes et autres abus c'est lui...

-Burkina/Le" mediateur" de cette organisation s'appelle Blaise campaoré ex capitaine pushiste comme Sanogo en grade mais ce dernier a fait plus propre car Cap'tan Balise à tiré à bout portant sur le president Burkinabé en plein conseil des ministres tuant le president-revolutionnaire THOMAS SANKARA et 13 de ses ministres...voila le personnage qui fait office de mediateur et qui donne des leçons de democratie en Afrique de l'Ouest avec l'appui de Paris...

-Le Niger dirigé par un socialiste bon teint "pote" à Sarko et Hollande (comme quoi...)fournisseur d'uranuim aux centrales française...ATTENTION là on marche sur des oeufs..je vous explique:

L'Uranuim en question est exploité sur le territoire des Touaregs ;l'AÏR qui veut dire NORD et donc une partie de l'AZAWAD historique berceau des Touaregs.Là aussi les rebellions se sont succedés et la dernière en date c'etait en 2007 avec le MNJ(mouvement des nigeriens pour la Justice),elle revendiquait juste que les populations du nord puissent profiter de la manne uranifère dont elle ne voyaient que la ménace sur leur santé et leur environnement spolié.à l'epoque le dictateur ex colonel Tanja demanda à Sarkow-Boy d'intervenir avec les moyens lourds pour l'aider à matter cette insurrection...C'est ainsi que des Hélicos et armement sophestiqués furent deployés à Tézirzaï siège de la resistance du MNJ.Ce qui permit de decapiter le mouvement en assassinant son vice president prit vivant et executé ainsi que 17 memebres.

Le reste se passa sous les hospices de Kadhafou qui acheta les consciences du mouvement et calma le jeu sous les conseils françafricains...

Plus subtil Issoufou le president du Niger voulant rester discret sur la situation de l'Azawad car en plus des 4500 ex combatants du MNJ laissés à eux même y'a aussi des generaux de l'ex "guide"libyen y compris son fils qui a provoqué pas mal d'incidents diplomatiques ces derniers temps avec le CNT en Libye...

Le Niger a donc laissé Rhissa Ag Boula ex chef de la resistance du FLAA(front de liberation de l'Aïr et de l'AZAWAD)dans les années 1990 s'exprimer et condamer l'INDEPENDANCE...ce qu'il faut souligner c'est qu'entre temps le personnage devenu ministre du Tourisme nigérien avait connu pas mal de turpitudes:il s'est retrouvés avec tellement des casseroles trainés avec des dossiers d'assassinat politiques monnayés à chaque fois pour son soutien aux diferrents gouvernement centrales du Niger contre son amnistie.Il n'est  plus representatif de la moindre frange du peuple Touareg à plus forte raison de la resistance qu'il a torpillé et vendu depuis sa dernière ....creation du FPLN ..ça se limitait juste à un blog et trois 4x4 .(un sous marin comme Iyad au mali instrumentaliser afin de torpiller la révolution ..).il est conseiller du president nigerien actuel et donc c'est lui qui condamne à la place...

-Nigeria:le geant africain comme on dit et membre de la CEDEAO anglophone...livré à une guerre interethnique et religieuse entre Haoussa islamistes au Nord et majoritaires au Niger voisin et les autres ethnies Yoruba,Ibo qui sont chretiennes.C'est le sanctuaire de la secte BOKO-HARAM qui veut dire en Haoussa :l'ecole occidentale est illicite.

Ce geant aux pieds d'argile tiraillé par ses propres problèmes accentués par une demographie galopante et une urbanisation sauvage et incontrolé ira crescendo jusqu'à la rupture entre le nord et le Sud c'est inevitable à moyen terme...Malgré le petrole exploité les populations vivent dans une misère desesperante.Plusieurs groupes armées revendiquent le partage des richesses dont le MEND,le peuple OGONIE de Ken SAROWIWA executé par les generaux nigerians et la secte BOKO HARAM.

c'est lui le fournisseur des contingents pour le maintien de la paix à la CEDEAO,sauf que ses missions au LIBERIA et en SIERRA LEONE sont entachés des pillages systématiques des maigres ressources des zones en conflit y compris des viols et des trafics de drogue au sein de la hierarchie militaire.L'armée nigerianne est la plus corrompue au monde et le Sahara pourrait être un bourbier sans repère pour elle.

-5"Les pays du champs"

C'est quoi me diriez vous?je vous renvoie la question car la liste pourrait ne pas être exhaustive..

A mon avis il s'agit des puissances et autres pays emergents ayant trempés dans les trafics des permis d'exploration pétroliers,aurifères,uranifères au Sahara-Sahel et autres trafics d'influences qui depassent la sphère de la CEDEAO,du MALI et de l'AZAWAD.

-AFRICOM-Amerique d'abord.Les mecs stationnés à Stuttgar en Allemagne se rongent les ongles depuis une decennie faute d'un flou cacophonique occasionné par le depart de pépé Bush avec sa gueguerre anti-terroriste inachevée...sur notre planète.Depuis son depart on peut dire que les islamistes ont même proliferés et gagnés en soutiens avec l'assentiment du Qatar et de l'Arabie:monarchies qui veulent definir un nouveau concept de la democratie-islamiste comme en Tunisie,en Egypte et au Maroc...avec l'appui des americains et des français et autres pays européens en mal de visibilité mediatique.Alors bien sûre qu'il leur faut leurs bases saheliennes ou sahariennes pour justifier leur budgets deja!!Fallait créer du terroriste à tout prix...même virtuel comme le soulignait Jeremy Kenan dans DARK SAHARA.

Vous me direz pas etonnant alors qu'AQMI condamne l'independance de l'AZAWAD suivi presto par l'Algerie et la France qui savent que les successeurs d'EL PARA à la tête de cette mouvance islamiste ne sont autres que des agents de la DRS(direction du renseignement algerien).De là à dire que tonton Iyad le chef d'Ansar Eddine salafiste de la 25 ème heure et son neveu Abdelkrim ne sont qu'une creation caricaturale sensée jouer le rôle du "sous marin" au sein du Mouvement National de Liberation de l'Azawad y'a même pas un pas..y compris au sein d'AQMI.Ce mec a en sa possession tous les contacs des agences CIA?Mossad,DGSE etc depuis son rôle de mediateur dans la prise d'otages occidentaux par AQMI.

-La prise d'otages par AQMI des representants du consulat algerien à Gao n'est pas anodine loin s'en faut..Car comment comprendre qu'un pays "pionner de la lutte anti-terroriste"n'ai pas anticiper de retirer ses diplomates de GAO alors même que cette ville est dans la ligne de mire du MNLA mais aussi d'Ansar Eddine et MUJAO?Serait ce un pretexte pour l'Algerie de "secouer" enfin sa lethargie et d'entrer plus vite que ses partenaires dans le "jeu"?rien n'est moins sûre...Car tous condamnent notre independance au mépris des lois et chartes des nations unies des peuples à disposer d'eux memes mais dans le même temps nous assistons à une course contre la montre pour que chacun se positionne selon ses interêts en gagnant la confiance des acteurs sur le terrain...

Paris,Moscou,Pekin,Canada,Suisse,Bresil,Inde sont aux frontières et certains deja sur place afin d'y voir plus clair et ne pas rester en retrait dans ce que les algeriens appellent "TASMIR"=Partage...


Conclusion


L'on peut avancer sans risque de se tromper que le Sahara fait face à un moment decisif de son histoire et que le MNLA est devenu en une année un acteur incontournable pour la gestion de cet espace.C'est aussi la seule force republicaine et Laïque dont dispose le monde dans ce no man's land delaissé par Bamako et Niamey depuis 62 ans.

la Suisse et l'Europe peuvent apporter une solution durable et consensuelle afin de mettre un terme au desepoir des population de l'AZAWAD meurtries par des siecles de marginalisation et d'exactions.

Le Mali,l'Algerie,la CEDEAO comme la France ont prouvés leurs limites dans cette histoire c'est pourquoi il est urgent de changer les acteurs en evoluant vers des solutions plus approppriés et pragmatiques.

Certes il faudrait expliquer pourquoi ce qui est condamnable par AQMI l'est aussi par la France ou "l'opinion des puissances"mais nous les Touaregs voulons un espace pour y vivre dignement et en toute democratie après tant de massacres.

D'autre part faudrait juger tous les auteurs des massacres et d'exactions à l'encontre des populations Touaregs pour qu'une nouvelle ère s'ouvre entre les maliens et les AZAWADIENS.

C'est en cela que l'opinion internationale prompte à condamner notre independance doit commencer.

Le MNLA reste serein et confiant quand à l'INDEPENDANCE du peuple AZAWAD.Un colmatage comme par le passé ne fera que reporté mais certainement pas abandonné ce projet pour lequel de l'AZAWAD àl'AZAWAK, l'AÏR,Le HOGGAR,Le TAASIILLI,Le FEZZAN,GHADAMES les coeurs de nos populations ne battent que pour cela.

Aucune force au monde,aucun chantage et aucune diabolisation fut elle islamiste ne saurait nous en détourner.
