So now we have official confirmation of the air offensive with fighter planes and or helicopters. Now all we need is witnesses to come forward who saw theses strikes on civilians and animals. If anyone has witnesses this and has photos or video please let us know or report directly to Human Rights Watch. Anyone who was an actual witness can make a report even if you have no photos or videos. You need to report this to the Human Rights Watch to: Corinne Dufka dufkac@hrw.org They are required to keep all information of the reporter confidential to assure your saftey. This is the only way to stop this from happening to innocent civilians again and to bring charges upon those who are doing this.

Thank you Professor Worley for adding me to this important facebook page. I am Corinne Dufka, and direct Human Rights Watch's work on West Africa. HRW conducts in depth research into human rights abuses suffered in armed conflicts and other situations. We seek to speak with people who have direct and credible knowledge of abuses by all sides. Two key foundations of our work are l) confidentiality of our sources and 2) a strong emphasis on neutrality and balance in our reporting. I wish to appeal to any of you with knowledge of abuses by the army, police or other state actors, or forces from the armed opposition, to please contact me through my email - dufkac@hrw.org We are also interested in speaking with those who have been the victim of reprisal attacks of collective punishment from the general population, how the Malian state has responded to those attacks and if any side has engaged in the incitement to violence.
